Dolphin Pacific / 2026 / eCommerce & digital operations
A trade storefront for a complex product catalogue.
Website and eCommerce implementation for a New Zealand wholesale pool-equipment supplier, supporting trade customers across product discovery, resources and ordering.
The work
Making technical products easier to find and buy.
Dolphin Pacific supplies a broad range of pool equipment to trade customers. The website has to communicate product depth, support technical decision-making and keep account ordering efficient.
My contribution centred on the practical connection between the commercial brief and the live storefront: structuring content, working with product information, supporting B2B ordering and improving the website experience over time.
- 01BigCommerce storefront and B2B ordering implementation
- 02Product data, categories and buying content
- 03Campaign, brand and range storytelling
- 04Website improvements and integration work
Selected screens
Shown at their natural proportions, from campaign storytelling through to dense trade catalogue browsing.

The result
A live, content-rich trade destination.
The current site gives customers clear routes into category and brand ranges, technical resources, account access and ordering. The work is grounded in the needs of a specialist product business rather than a generic retail template.
